Hunter Pearls Fiji sur l\u2019\u00eele de Vanua Levu. Elle a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des liens \u00e9troits avec les villages environnants et emploie de nombreux habitants \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux de ses activit\u00e9s perli\u00e8res. Rather than using mechanised technology for regular cleaning of oysters, the farm has chosen to employ local villagers in spat collection, nursery and husbandry activities.
